Office Closures Observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 2024

ETF, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business Monday, January 15, 2024, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. observance. Regular Customer Service Call Center hours (see below) will resume on Tuesday, January 16.

In April 2024, ETF will begin distributing employees’ January 1, 2024 WRS Annual Statement of Benefits, after 2023 account data reconciliation processes have been completed.

Social Security Wage Base Set to Increase for 2024

ETF provides updated Social Security and Medicare wage bases for 2024. This information applies to all WRS employers and all other public employers in Wisconsin that provide Social Security coverage for their employees under Wisconsin’s Section 218 Agreement.
