Federal Tax Withholding Tables Updated

The 2011 Federal Tax Withholding tables are now available. Changes in tax withholding using the 2011 tables will be reflected in Wisconsin Retirement System annuity payments beginning February 1, 2011. Find the tables on our site, under the Retirees menu (scroll to bottom of page).

As with any tax table change, we recommend retirees consult with a tax advisor to determine the appropriate state or federal income tax withholding amounts.

To change state or federal income tax withholding amounts, complete and mail the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) a new Income Tax Withholding Election form (ET-4310). You may contact ETF to request a paper copy:
