ETF Adds Evening Customer Service Hours
On a temporary basis, the Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF)
has expanded its Call Center hours of operation to better serve
members. Expanded hours are available on Mondays and Tuesdays through
October 20, which coincides with the It's Your Choice health insurance
enrollment period.
New Call Center Hours
| 7:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday |
| 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Friday |
| *after October 20, hours will be 7:45 - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday |
