Tax Withholding Processing Delay

Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) is currently experiencing an unusually large volume of tax withholding forms – an all-time high -- filed by retired Wisconsin Retirement System participants. Therefore, those who submit Income Tax Withholding Election forms (ET-4310) can anticipate their requested changes will be made 45-90 days after receipt by ETF.
