Extended Customer Service Hours

The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) has temporarily expanded its Call Center hours of operation to better serve members. Expanded hours are available through Tuesday, June 2, which coincides with the annual distribution of Statement of Benefits for active and inactive employees, and dividend adjustments for annuitants.

New Call Center Hours
7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday and Tuesday*
7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday

*after June 2, hours will be 7:45 – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
